Call To Okay Tenders

The Ministry of Health has requested its finance counterpart to approve tenders for washing sheets and maintenance of machines for a period of three years at a total cost of KD 7.3 million, reports Al-Rai daily quoting sources.

Sources said the Ministry of Finance has asked the concerned officials in the Ministry of Health not to renew or extend the contracts and speed up the releasing of tenders. Sources added the Ministry of Health then asked its finance counterpart to approve the extension of contracts for washing the sheets and maintenance of machines for the first, third and fourth batches in the 2018/2019 budget amounting to KD 609,500 for a period of six months.
