Booze Hidden In Labor Camps

The Jahra Municipality launched an extensive campaign on a number of camps off the mainland, which resulted in the seizure of locally manufactured alcohol including a house which was used as an outlet for manufacturing booze, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The Al-Seyassah daily said thousands of bottles of booze were seized and the bottles of alcohol were destroyed by the Municipality bulldozers.
The daily said the Municipality found the booze bottles and barrels of raw material hidden in some homes in the areas when the Violation Removal Department in the Jahra Municipality received a report from the Ministry of Interior that there were some obstructions in the area and during a check of the area the Municipality workers were surprised to find hundreds of bottles of booze.
