Blue Bird’ Resumes Operations To Rome, Milan — Favorite Destinations For Kuwaitis
The Kuwait Airways has resumed its scheduled commercial flights to the Italian cities of Rome and Milan.
The Al-Jarida daily quoting ‘Kuwaitiya’ sources said the Kuwait Airways Corporation began operating two flights per week to Rome on Wednesdays and Fridays, starting from December 1, 2021 and two flights per week will to Milan on Thursdays and Saturdays, from December 2, 2021.
The launch of the first flights both to Rome and Milan was with complete ease either in completing travel procedures or meeting the requests of travellers to the fullest from the moment they entered the Terminal 4 until the check-in counter and the boarding gate.
This service was compounded by the keenness of Kuwait Airways to maintain its punctuality in the departure and arrival of its flights.
Director of Public Relations and Media Department Fayez Al-Enezi said, “The re-launch of the Rome and Milan destinations comes within the framework of Kuwait Airways’ strategic plan to return to normal operation and in the context of offering more options to its valued customers, as Rome and Milan are very important destinations for the company’s customers, and honorable guests, and due to the high demand of passengers to travel on board Blue Birds’ aircraft to their two favorite destinations which ate known for ancient history, cultures and civilizations.
Al-Enezi added, “Kuwait Airways is constantly and persistently striving to serve its valued customers and provide them with all means of comfort during their travels on its planes, in addition to providing its services to its dear passengers in an integrated manner and overcoming all obstacles if any, for a safe and comfortable journey.”
Al-Enezi stated, the customers can book tickets from several different channels — by visiting the company’s offices in the Avenues Mall, the Ministries Complex, the Farwaniya office and Terminal 4, which provide many services, including booking, changing travel plans, cancellations, inquiries, complaints and observations.
The Kuwait Airways can be accessed on hotline 171 or by downloading e-application or visiting the Kuwait Airways website.”
Al-Enezi stated the Kuwait Airways allows Royal and First Class passengers to 3 pieces of baggage 32 kilos each, business class passengers 2 pieces weighing 32 kilos each; economy class passengers two pieces of 23 kilos each, in addition to 7 kilos hand baggage for all class passengers.
