Arrest Made In Attempted Murder Case In Jahra Wedding Hall Shooting

In the Jahra area, security forces arrested an individual responsible for firing shots at a wedding. An investigation revealed that the suspect was a bedoun. Attempting murder and using a weapon to endanger lives were the charges registered in the case.

The incident unfolded when security authorities received a report of gunfire in front of a wedding hall in Jahra Governorate. In response to the incident, security personnel discovered Kalashnikov bullets on the scene. A felony case was then initiated against the individual wielding the weapon during the wedding event by the security team after notifying the Deputy Public Prosecutor. Investigative units were instructed to locate and arrest those associated with the wedding party.

The groom was interrogated following the wedding ceremony, and he identified a Bedoun as the person who fired the Kalashnikov. As soon as the suspect was arrested, forensic experts collected fingerprints to confirm his identity.
