An Egyptian Locked His Wife Behind Doors For 4 Days Without Food Or Water

An unidentified Egyptian who had locked his wife behind doors for four days without food or water for unknown reasons, has been freed after he signed a pledge of good conduct, reports Al-Anba daily. A security source said the incident came to light when the wife through the window of her apartment in South Surrah appealed to a passerby to rescue her and the passerby informed the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry. When the police rushed to the spot and opened the door of the apartment where the wife was held hostage, they released her and the latter insisted on filing a complaint against her husband.
