Alia Bhatt Denies Reports Of A Third Film Together With Ranveer Singh
Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt, who is currently busy with her upcoming period drama 'Kalank' has denied reports of her collaborating with Ranveer Singh for their third film together. Both the actors have shared the screen space for the first time in the Zoya Akhtar directorial film 'Gully Boy' this year. The film received widespread acclaim and both the actors heaped praises for their performance and on-screen chemistry.
Both Ranveer and Alia will collaborate again in the upcoming period drama 'Takht' which will be helmed by ace director Karan Johar. The film will feature an ensemble star cast of Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Vicky Kaushal.
It was recently reported that both Alia and Ranveer have come forward and signed a third film together which would be unrolled by a famous banner. However, Alia Bhatt said that she hasn't been offered anything but she hopes those reports are true. The actress revealed how Ranveer says that he will write in his contract that he will only work with her. So, she hopes the rumour comes true.
The 'Kalank' actress also revealed that she shares a very special bond with Ranveer Singh. Alia said "It’s very new but there’s a lot of admiration and there’s a lot of excitement for each other. I genuinely love him. He is such a gem of a person. I actually feel that Ranveer and I are similar a lot in life."
Alia Bhatt has her bag filled with five mega projects. The actress is currently busy promoting her upcoming period drama 'Kalank' all set to hit the screens on April 17. Apart from 'Kalank', the actress also has Karan Johar's 'Takht', Mahesh Bhatt's 'Sadak 2', Ayan Mukherji's 'Brahmastra' and S.S. Rajamouli's 'RRR'.
On the other hand, Ranveer Singh is busy preparing for the upcoming Kabir Khan directorial '83'.
