A Kuwaiti Man Swindled

A Kuwaiti has filed a complaint with the Sharq Police Station accusing a real estate company of swindling him. According to the complainant, he signed a contract with the company to purchase real estate in an Arab country and paid KD 36,000 in advance, followed by another payment worth KD 5,278. He added later he discovered that the company was known to have cheated some people and approached the company to get his money back, but was reportedly told the terms of the contract say money cannot be returned after signing the contract.
