A Disabled Woman Is Rescued Along With 3 Others By Firefighters

This morning fire broke out inside a house in Jaber Al-Ahmad area in Block six and firefighters rescued a woman with special needs, 2 domestic workers, and 3 others.

Fire engines from Al-Sour and Al-Tahrir fire stations were directed to help put out the fire by the Central Operation Department of the Fire Services Directorate, a security source told a local Arabic daily.

One room on the roof of the house was gutted by fire, according to sources. It was gathered that paramedics treated the rescued people for asphyxiation on the spot.
