50-year-old Woman Manhandled After Rejecting Advances

 A Kuwaiti woman, who is believed to be in her 50s, has filed a complaint with a police station in downtown Kuwait City, accusing an unidentified Arab man of assaulting her because she refused to give in to his attempts to molest her, reports Al-Anba daily.

In her complain the woman said the suspect approached her when she was in the public parking lot in the area and started flirting with her. He then asked her for her phone number and when she refused, he allegedly attempted to touch her and when she insulted him he beat her and escaped.

She told the police that she failed to note down the plate number of the suspect’s car but gave his description and said he was wearing dishdasha. The security authorities will check the CCTV footage of cameras installed in the parking lot.
