350 Kg Rotten Food Destroyed

The Emergency Team of Capital Municipality also carried out inspection campaigns at some shops in Shuwaikh Industrial Area during which they seized and destroyed 350 kgs of rotten foods that included pistachio syrups, pasta and cakes.

Throughout the week, the officers inspected 124 warehouses and nine supermarkets in Shuwaikh and Al-Rai area, and issued six citations against the warehouses and another 20 against supermarkets. They also shut down seven warehouses and shops within the governorate.
