Women Are Leaving The Private Sector In Droves

According to data released by the Public Institute for Social Insurance, 1,369 male and female individuals, the majority of whom are female employees, had quit employment in the private sector by the end of 2021.

According to a local Arabic newspaper, the number of insured persons working in the private sector has decreased by 1,369, falling from 53.9 thousand at the end of 2020 to 52.59 thousand by the end of 2021.

According to the statistics, 1,424 female residents have left the private sector. At the end of 2021, their population had dropped to 24.64 thousand, down from 26.06 thousand at the end of 2020.
