UFM Secures Comprehensive Contract For Jazeera Airways Facilities Operation And Maintenance
United Facilities Management Company (UFM) has recently inked a substantial contract for the operation and maintenance of Jazeera Airways' facilities, spanning various structures, including Terminal T5.
Ahmed Al-Kandari, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of UFM, underscored the importance of this contract, marking it as the pinnacle of the company's outstanding achievements in recent years. Al-Kandari emphasized UFM's prominent role as a top-notch provider of facilities and facility management services in Kuwait, the Gulf region, and the Middle East, as reported by Al-Qabas daily.
The agreement entails United Facilities Management deploying a skilled and highly trained workforce to oversee and maintain all of Jazeera Airways' facilities. The primary focus is on delivering a world-class experience in facilities management, ensuring a secure, environmentally responsible, and compliant work environment.
Al-Kandari pointed out that UFM's operation and maintenance services provide a comprehensive solution marked by flexibility, comprehensiveness, and integration. The company's objective is to enhance performance levels in alignment with the ongoing development projects at airports globally. Ultimately, these efforts are aimed at improving services for passengers and air carriers while boosting financial resources and revenues.
Ibrahim Abdul Latif, Executive Director of Operations at UFM, highlighted the mutual trust reflected in the contract with Jazeera Airways. UFM's services are poised to significantly contribute to enabling Jazeera Airways' building to keep pace with the rapid growth observed in the aviation industry in Kuwait and the region. The goal is to elevate services, enhance facility performance, and ensure the highest levels of safety and security for passengers.
Abdul Latif views the Jazeera Airways contract as a launchpad for UFM in providing maintenance and operation services for passenger buildings and aviation-related facilities. The company aims to expand further in Kuwait and the Middle East in this domain, showcasing its creative capabilities and providing continuous, effective support round the clock, seven days a week.
Nasser Fahd Al-Obaid, CEO of Jazeera Airways Passenger Terminal, expressed the airline's commitment to providing a smooth, comfortable, and safe travel experience for passengers. The partnership contract with the well-established United Facilities Management Company, a leader in integrated facilities management, aligns with Jazeera Airways' goals of enhancing service levels and contributing to the country's economy as a Kuwaiti national airline.
