There Is No Shortage Of Medical And Nursing Staff
After 4 months have passed since the beginning of the Corona pandemic crisis, well-informed sources in the Ministry of Health confirmed that there is no shortage of medical staff and nursing staff, indicating that the distribution of doctors and nurses in health facilities is in accordance with the requirements of the current stage and developments in the face of the virus.
Al-Qabas reported that the Ministry had recently obtained regulatory approvals for extending the contract for providing medical support services “nursing” in the Ahmadi Health Zone for a year, starting from October 16, at a cost of 2.8 million dinars, until the completion of a new tender to perform the same tasks. Al-Qabas sources confirmed the Ministry of Health’s keenness to bridge any deficiency that may occur in a health center or general hospital for doctors or nurses directly, with the aim of not affecting the level of health care services, whether in hospitals, centers or quarries, which contributed to achieving appropriate recovery rates with Decreased numbers of injured in intensive care.
