The Municipality Will Permit One Shop Per Residential Property In Farwaniya, Jleeb, And Khaitan
Kuwait Municipality's Director-General Ahmed Al-Manfouhi has issued a decision limiting the number of shops within Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Khaitan, and Farwaniya to one shop per commercial property.
According to the decision, a joint committee has been formed headed by the Deputy Director General for Farwaniya and Mubarak Al-Kabeer Municipal Sector Affairs, with the Director of the Jahra Municipality Branch participating. To list the shops in Jleeb, Khaitan and Farwaniya, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce, the Fire Force, the Public Authority for Civil Information, Ahmed Dashti, the shop licensing controller, and the head of the licenses department will be present.
In preparation for the Public Authority for Civil Information to grant the committee an automatic number in accordance with its established procedures, Al-Manfouhi specified that the committee must examine the status of real estate that has more than one store, and determine the eligibility of only one. In accordance with its established procedures, the committee will work for six months or until it has completed its task.
A working group headed by the Deputy Director General for Development and Information Affairs was formed by Al-Manfouhi to implement the data classification policy.
