The Ministry Of Finance Grants Extra Job Grades To Agencies
Sources familiar with the matter revealed that the Ministry of Finance has greenlit government agencies facing shortages in job grades to temporarily access additional grades for the fiscal year 2024-2025. These allocations will remain operational until they undergo review and approval by the National Assembly.
Explaining the situation, the sources stated, "Several state agencies have been unable to appoint candidates nominated for positions within their organizations for months due to the depletion of allocated job grades for the previous fiscal year. This obstacle has hindered the completion of their appointment procedures."
In response, the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy has initiated measures to expedite the appointment of candidates across its sectors and departments following the resolution of this issue. The sources revealed that the number of candidates awaiting appointment exceeds 1,000.
