The GTD Campaign Targets Workshops And Garages

The General Traffic Department, in collaboration with the Kuwait Municipality, recently carried out a thorough traffic and inspection campaign targeting workshops, garages, and craftsmen in the Al-Rai area of the Capital Governorate.

During the operation, authorities recorded a total of 90 traffic violations for various offenses. Additionally, two vehicles were impounded due to violations including height conditions, paint damage, and expired insurance and licenses, as per reports from Al-Anba daily.

In parallel, the Kuwait Municipality issued 18 violations related to abandoned vehicles. This joint initiative highlights authorities' dedication to upholding road safety and enforcing regulations concerning vehicle maintenance and compliance with traffic laws.

Such campaigns play a crucial role in bolstering public safety and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards within the community.
