Team Of Firemen Controlled A Fire That Razed 4,200 Square-meters Area Of A Factory
A team of firemen controlled a fire that razed 4,200 square-meters area of a factory in Mubarak Al-Kabeer without any casualty, reports Al-Jarida daily. The daily added the Operations Room of the Fire Department received a distress call about the incident and dispatched personnel from the fire brigades in Subhan and Mubarak Al-Kabeer respectively to the scene.
Initial investigation indicated the fire had started inside the auto painting/oven booth of the factory, and firemen prevented it from spreading to other parts. The teams were led by Director of Mubarak Al-Kabeer Fire Brigade Lieutenant Colonel Ahmad Nasser with head of Hazardous Materials at the Mubarak Al- Kabeer Fire Brigade Lieutenant Colonel Ali Al-Marzouqi, as well as Subhan Fire Chief, Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Al-Edan.
;The Operations Room of Fire Department received information that several vehicles parked at a location in Shuwaikh Industrial Area had gone up in fl ames. A huge material loss was recorded. Acting on information, firefighters from Shuwaikh Fire Center led by Major Abdulmunim Al- Fraih battled the blaze and prevented it from spreading. The cause of incident wasn’t immediately known but investigation is underway to determine the source.
