Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-sabah Send Thank You Note As He Step Down As Health Minister

Former Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah in a tweet message thanked all employees of Ministry of Health for their excellent work and trust. He also wished the newly appointed Health Minister Dr. Khaled Al-Saeed all the success in performing his duties.

Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah, the health Minister of Kuwait resigned from the position Tuesday after the newly formed cabinet appointed Dr. Khaled Al-Saeed as the new health minister. Sheikh Dr. Basil Al-Sabah performed his duties when the Covid pandemic was at its peak in the state of Kuwait.

“My heartfelt thanks to all my brothers and sisters, employees of the Ministry of Health, who endured their trust on me and worked hard and excelled. I apologies for any mistake from my part and God willing, we will meet again,” Minister said in a tweet.

Minister also thanked Amir His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Crown Prince, Sheikh Mishaal Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah for their directives.
