Role Of Private Hospitals To Be Limited To Proving Vaccinations

Kuwait Private Hospital Federation (KPHF) stated that the import of medicines and vaccines in the private sector will be through authorized agents and pharmaceutical companies, while the role of private hospitals will be limited only to giving vaccinations if available from the supplying company after coordination with the Ministry of Health, Al-Rai reported.

The union attributed its statement to what is being circulated on social media about the Ministry of Health’s rejection of requests made by several private hospitals to import vaccines.
