Renewing And Awarding 23.1 Million Dinars In Service Contracts
Badr Al-Adwani, the Ministry of Social Affairs' Acting Assistant Undersecretary for the Financial and Administrative Affairs Sector, revealed that some contracts will be renewed and new contracts will be signed for some important services related to the ministry's work in general and serving the residents of social welfare homes in particular and that the total financial cost of these contracts will be around 2.3 million dinars for three years.
These contracts are for cosmetic agriculture, electricity maintenance, and firefighting, according to Al-Adwani, who explained that the current contract for agriculture has been extended, and responses to inquiries from the Audit Bureau are being completed in order to begin signing the new contract worth 500 thousand dinars, while the contract for electricity maintenance was awarded to the lowest bidder for 500 thousand dinars.
He stated that the firefighting contract is in the process of being signed and completed, with a total value of 1.3 million dinars, divided into 580,000 for the care home contract and 730,000 for the remainder of the ministry's escorts.
