Publication Of News Of Case No. 1504 Is Banned

Hamad Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah filed Case No. 1504 for the year 2021 against Ali Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah and others, and the Office of the Counselor and Head of Criminal Department has issued a ban on the publication of news reports related to the case.

In an Arabic daily report quoting the Criminal Court, it was reported that the order prohibits any publication of news, information, or data on the above case in all newspapers, both print and visual, audio and visual, as well as in all information networks, through all means of information technology.
