One More Ship With Oxygen Tankers Arrives At Mangaluru Port From Kuwait

The New Mangalore Port Trust (NMPT) on Tuesday, May 25th, received one more navy ship with oxygen supply sent from Kuwait. INS Shardul carrying 11 liquid oxygen tankers, two semi-trailers with liquid oxygen and 1,200 oxygen cylinders arrived Mangalore today.

Indian Red Cross society members received the consignment at the port in Mangaluru.

ADGP Prathap Reddy, Mangaluru city police commissioner N Shashi Kumar, and Coast Guard (Karnataka) commander S B Venkatesh were among those present.

"Gratitude to all concerned authorities for the support and facilitation. India- Kuwait Friendship in action!" Embassy of India in Kuwait tweeted after one more consignment from Kuwait reaches India.
