National Labor Strategy

Secretary General of MGRP Fawzi Al-Majdali launched the “National Labor Strategy” which is mainly aimed at ensuring the private sector can provide large number of job opportunities for Kuwaiti citizens. This strategy will involve the availability of an online register with details about the qualifications and experiences of citizens who are seeking jobs.

The conditions to be listed in the online register are – The applicants should hold Kuwaiti citizenship. Their educational qualification should not be less than diploma. PhD holders should have at least five-year experience, and master’s degree holders should have at least seven-year experience. High-level graduates must have at least 15 years of experience and diploma holders at least 20 years for experience.
