Municipality Shutdown 2 Illegal Shops And 18 Violations Issued

Nasser Al-Hajri, Head of the Emergency and Rapid Intervention Team at the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate Municipality Branch, has affirmed the dedication of the supervisory team in enforcing compliance with municipal conditions and controls. In three shifts, the team conducted thorough inspections targeting shops, real estate owners, and companies.

The vigilant efforts of the supervisory team resulted in the administrative closure of two shops found operating without proper licensing, violating regulations by opening and managing the shops before obtaining municipal approval. Additionally, the team issued 18 violations for non-compliance with municipal requirements, along with 15 notices and warnings for encroachment on state property and safety.

Three stalls situated along the coastal strip were seized pending review by their owners, and the merchandise of a street vendor was confiscated.

Al-Hajri urged real estate and shop owners, as well as workers, to adhere strictly to the existing laws and regulations within the municipality to avoid violations and fines. He emphasized that the supervisory team remains resolute in taking all necessary legal measures against violators, underscoring the commitment to maintaining order and compliance within the jurisdiction.
