Moe Has Determined 3 Schools That Will Be Opened In The Capital And Ahmadi Educational Districts
Ministry of Education Undersecretary Dr Haitham Al-Athari has determined three schools that will be opened in the Capital and Ahmadi educational districts by the beginning of the second semester for the school year 2017/2018, reports Al-Rai daily.
This is part of the ministry’s preparations for the current school year and in response to the request of the two educational districts mentioned above with the approval of the Schools Selection Committee.
These three schools include Al-Idrisi Primary School for Boys with female teachers in Block Six, Jaber Al-Ahmad City in the Capital Educational District; Sameera Mussa Intermediate School for Girls in Sector B, Sabah Al-Hamad City in Ahmadi Educational District and Al-Hurriyah Kindergarten in the same location.
;Kuwait University President Dr Hussein Al-Ansari has unveiled the university’s strategy to develop the skills of students, support and encourage innovation in business leadership, reports Al-Anba daily. Speaking on the sideline of the inauguration ceremony, Al- Ansari confirmed there has been an agreement with different institutions in the country to support the projects of students.
He added the Administrative Sciences Faculty organized lectures last week to inform students about the strategy, indicating the university sought the assistance of global experts in this field to train students and teaching staff in a bid to encourage innovation. He disclosed that the university’s strategic plans include continuous development, such as improve the curricula to match global developments, needs of the country and priorities of the government. He also highlighted the role of youths and women in the development of various fields in the country.
