Legal Proceedings Commence For 79-Year-Old Kuwaiti Drug Dealer In Criminal Court

During a recent session overseen by Counselor Muhammad Al-Sanea at the Criminal Court, a 79-year-old Kuwaiti drug dealer faced legal scrutiny for multiple charges. The accused, allegedly involved in the possession of various drugs within the Al-Waha area, also stands accused of resisting security personnel using firearms and damaging an investigation officer’s vehicle in an attempt to evade capture at the crime scene, where a significant quantity of drugs and psychotropic substances were confiscated.

Despite the serious allegations, the accused vehemently denied all charges during the court proceedings. Furthermore, he requested the presence of his legal representative for defense, yet the lawyer was notably absent from the session.
