‘leave Country To Avail End-of-service Benefits’

The Constitutional Court has ruled that the Civil Service Commission decision to pay the end of service indemnity to expatriates unconstitutional if they do not leave the country. Al-Rai quoting court sources said an expatriate working in the government sector must leave the country if he/she wants to avail end of service benefits and not merely join another government institution or the private sector.
