Kuwaiti Arrested With Drugs And Weapon
The Jahra security patrol officers have arrested a Kuwaiti citizen with a criminal history on Al-Salmi Road, while driving under the influence of drugs and possessing sachets of the narcotic substance crystal meth, drug paraphernalia, and an air gun. The suspect, who is in his thirties, caught the attention of authorities when he was seen speeding in his sports car. When asked to stop, he evaded the order, fleeing toward the city of Jahra.
The security team ambushed and arrested the man and was subsequently handed over to the authorities for legal action. In a separate incident, security personnel referred three individuals to the General Administration for Narcotics Control after discovering them in a state of drug use in the Hawalli area. The trio was found in possession of narcotic substances, a bottle of alcohol, and drug paraphernalia. While patrolling the Hawalli area, security officers observed a parked car with three occupants and upon approaching them, it was evident that they were under the influence of drugs. Following their arrest and subsequent search, prohibited substances were found with them. During the preliminary interrogation, they confessed to attending an evening party in an apartment and were on their way home.
