Kuwait:customs Thwart The Entry Of 25,000 Tobacco Bags Into Shuaiba Port

In the details of the seizure, a 40-foot container was presented to Shuaiba port from Jebel Ali port and the country of origin India, and it contained “asphalt”, so the inspection and custodian control men suspected it, and it was transferred to the x-ray examination device that issued a signal, and accordingly, the men of The customs inspected them carefully, and 36 parcels were found, and it was found that 16 of them contained 500 rolls, and within each roll were 50 bags of tobacco, the import of which is prohibited according to the customs laws issued in this regard in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce and Health, and the necessary customs procedures were taken.
The General Administration of Customs has warned anyone who is tempted to smuggle narcotics and prohibited goods in all their forms and types into the country, stressing that he will expose himself to legal accountability and take customs procedures against him.
