Kuwait Is The 8th Largest Buyer Of Real Estate In Turkey
Kuwaitis rank eighth among foreigners buying real estate in Turkey, according to Turkish statistics. Kuwaitis purchased 156 properties in March, according to a study released by the Turkish Statistical Institute on Friday.
Iranians took first place with 784 properties, Iraqis second with 741, Russians third with 547, Germans 244, Kazakhs 241, Afghans 214, and Ukrainians 168, according to the report. According to the report, the total number of properties purchased by foreigners in Turkey in March was 5,567, up 31% from the same month in 2021.
Istanbul was the most popular real estate market, with 2,245 units sold, followed by Antalia (434), and Ankara (347). With a total of 14,344 real estate sales in Q1 2022, sales increased by 45.1 percent over the same period in 2021. KUNA –
