07 February 2022 Kuwait

Kuwait's communications minister said on Sunday that he would do everything he could to promote the local culture and artistic association, which he described as a "beacon of national heritage."

On the occasion of his visit to Kuwait's National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters (NCCAL), Hamad Rouheddine told KUNA that the cultural association reflects the country's "culture and creative momentum."

The minister said the NCCAL has an "immense duty" to guarantee the local culture and arts sector stays as lively as ever ahead of national festivities, adding that as a Kuwaiti native, he is excited to see what the cultural association has planned for the near future.
