Foreign Imports Of 'Night Calm' Are Prohibited

The Anti-Psychotropic Substances Law No. 4 has prohibited travelers from bringing "Night Calm" into Kuwait because this drug is one of the trade names for "Zopiclone", which is listed in Schedule 4. According to Al-Anba daily, the Ministry of Health decided to enact 48 of 1987. The prosecution said that bringing this drug from abroad can only be brought with a medical prescription certified by Kuwait or else is punishable by law. There can be no passing on of this prescription to others on their behalf in order to dispense them or bring them from abroad, according to the prosecution.
