Prime Minister His Highness Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah has reaffirmed the government's dedication to rebuilding trust in state institutions and upholding the rule of law. During a visit to Kuwait University in Sabah Al-Salem University City, he stressed the imperative of addressing concerns surrounding corruption and enhancing Kuwait's global integrity.

Expressing deep concern over corruption issues, especially the forgery of certificates and official documents, His Highness highlighted the government's proactive stance against corruption. Notably, he referenced the submission of a comprehensive report on the Army Fund to address concerns about public fund mismanagement, as reported by Al-Qabas daily.

The Prime Minister underscored the government's resolve to seek justice and recover misused funds, including empowering Kuwaiti youth to pursue legal action internationally. He emphasized the importance of not only punishing wrongdoers but also reclaiming unlawfully acquired assets.

Moreover, His Highness stressed the significance of justice and fairness, fundamental values in Kuwaiti society and enshrined in the country's constitution. He cited advancements in Kuwait's Corruption Perceptions Index ranking, showcasing progress in anti-corruption efforts led by the Public Authority for Anti-Corruption (Nazaha).

Learning from global mismanagement examples, His Highness emphasized prudent governance and responsible resource utilization to avoid similar pitfalls.

In the fight against administrative corruption, His Highness announced measures to verify the authenticity of study certificates issued since 2000. This initiative aims to ensure document integrity submitted to official entities, underscoring the government's commitment to law enforcement and societal trust preservation.

The Prime Minister reiterated that combating corruption remains a top government priority, emphasizing the necessity of bolstering confidence in Kuwait's governance institutions and adherence to legal principles.
