Dog Carcass Left On Beach Triggers Security Alert

Someone left behind a canine carcass wrapped in a sheet of cloth and placed inside a travel bag on the beach near Abu Al-Hasaniyah.

A security source said when a Kuwaiti woman, born in 1977, contacted the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior about a bad odor coming from the bag, authorities from Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, along with forensic experts, responded, and found the decomposed dog carcass after carefully opening the bag.
