Deportation Must For Expat Who Drives Without A License

The Ministry of the Interior affirmed there is no leniency in applying the administrative deportation order for any expatriate who drives a car without a license, reports Al-Rai daily.

The Directorate General of Public Relations and Security Information said in a statement: “Based on the keenness of the security establishment to enforce laws and impose traffic discipline on the road, and in light of the role played by the General Traffic Department in maintaining the safety of road users and achieving traffic safety, any expatriate who is caught driving a vehicle without a license will be deported from the country.”

The administration added, “there is no leniency in the implementation of these decisions” saying the instructions are clear in this matter.
