Court Ordered A Famous Sweets Company To Vacate A Shop Which Is Renting In Salmiya Area

The Court of First Instance ordered a famous sweets company to vacate a shop it is renting in Salmiya area, giving the company a three-month evacuation notice effective from the date of the verdict. In a lawsuit filed by Lawyer Khawla Mubarak Al-Hassawi, she demanded the company to evacuate the shop and hand over the premises within three months without any tenants in it. It is worth mentioning that the building was built 25 years ago and the owners wanted to demolish it and rebuild it in accordance with 20/6 and 21 of the decree law No. 35/1978 concerning renting of real estates.
