Cooling Water Leak Damages Mina Abdullah Refinery

Kuwait National Petroleum Company announced Saturday morning that the main cooling water for the environmental fuel units at Abdullah Port Refinery had leaked.

The oil sources added that the refinery crews have begun the process of gradually and safely shutting down the units while taking all precautionary measures so the maintenance teams can fix the defect as soon as possible and gradually restart the units, ensuring that export operations are not affected.
