Conditional Work Permit For Non-kuwaitis As Partners

An official source of the General Authority for Manpower said that the work permit under Article 19, has been issued to non-Kuwaiti as a partner in Kuwaiti companies on conditions, Al-Anbaa reported.

An expat to become a partner at a Kuwaiti company must provide the concerned authorities the form by the competent labor department in accordance with the specified conditions.

A copy of the company incorporation contract and a certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry with the names of the company and their shares.
