Case Adjourned To Oct 17th Filed Against A Young Kuwaiti Woman Who Was Accused Of Joining An Illegal Organization

The Criminal Court adjourned to Oct 17 the case filed against a young Kuwaiti woman who was accused of joining an illegal organization in Sinai Governorate in Egypt. The case was adjourned for presentation of the defense documents, reports Al-Anba daily. The Public Prosecution had charged the young woman of belonging to an illegal organization with the aim of destroying the country’s basic systems and jeopardizing the country’s political relations with a friendly country. The suspect revealed details about her departure from the country, explaining that the members of the organization had tricked her. After discovering their false slogans, she had refused to carry out any of the operations they demanded. They then detained her until her father paid KD 5,000 for her release.
