A Mock Evacuation Drill Was Conducted At Avenues By Security Authorities

In cooperation and coordination with all security authorities, the Ministry of Interior conducted a mock evacuation exercise at Avenues mall on Sunday.

The mock drill was carried out to replicate a fire incident inside the mall. Authorities worked to organize traffic and cut off the roads leading to the commercial complex and evacuated the customers and employees to the safe assembly points in the complex.

The exercise achieved the required goals, officials said. One of the largest commercial complexes in the country is the Avenues mall.
