3 Awards Won By Kuwait At The Arab Radio And Television Festival

Kuwait's Ministry of Information won three awards at the 23rd Arab Radio and Television Festival, which concluded in Tunisia with an artistic ceremony.

According to the Competitions Committee of the Arab States Broadcasting Union, Kuwait Radio's series 'Saleh in the Heart of Al-Falak' won first prize in the drama category.

As part of the official television competitions at the festival, the State of Kuwait TV won two awards, including the first place award for 'What Next' in the category of talk show, and the second place award for 'Kids Studio' in the category of children's programs, reports Al-Rai daily.

Besides the official competition for various program and news categories under the slogan ‘Arts and Culture Bring Us Together’, the program included 90 works in the main section and 50 works in the parallel sections, while 14 radio stations participated with 129 works, including 108 in the official competition sections.
