26 Mobile Groceries And 15 Ice Cream Carts Are Impounded By The Municipality
Public Cleanliness and Road Works Department of Jahra Municipality conducted a number of field tours to remove all that distorted the aesthetic view and works, including abandoned vehicles, from Saad Al-Abdullah, Qairawan, Al-Nahda, Al-Subiya and Kabd, with security support from the Ministry of Interior.
A local Arabic daily reports that the tours resulted in the seizure of 26 mobile groceries and 15 ice cream carts, which were sent to the municipality's reservation site after taking legal measures and contacting their owners.
In an explanation to the press, Muhammad Al-Jaba'a, Director of the Department in the Governorate Municipality Branch, explained that the field tours were part of the municipality's efforts to raise the level of hygiene across all governorates.
The inspectors continue to monitor and follow up on violations of the laws and regulations in force in the municipality and take legal action against them, he said, at all hygiene centers, road occupancy centers and street vendors in the governorate.
