1,019 Abandoned Vehicles And Boats Are Seized By The Municipality

In Kuwait Municipality branches across the governorates, the public sanitation and road works departments conducted inspection tours between August 25 and September 4, during which 1,019 abandoned and scrap cars, eight abandoned boats, and five mobile groceries were impounded. In addition, 2,989 warning stickers were placed on abandoned and scrap cars. Legal measures will be taken against the owners of these cars at the end of the grace period stated in the warning stickers. In all governorates, the Municipality's Public Relations Department will continue inspecting street vendors, impounding abandoned vehicles and boats, and uncovering violations such as illegal use of state properties.
