I would like to ask some help since im about to finish my 3 years contract again after being rehired Read More... last june 2018.I was hired outside company when my company conducted interview last 2014 in my home country. My present company didnt give me release last 2018 due to tanazal issue, because i already resigned and apllied to other company before, but the one they ask from me was late to give to them. They threathened me to file absconding case against me, so thats the reason i got rehired again for three years. Now im about to finish my 3 years rehire but again same issue, they are telling they dont give release. Please give us advice since i'm not the only 1 facing this issue with my prensent employer. We would like to work in other company as we dont enjoy the working environment to them anymore. too much pressure they give but salary is not enough to have stable life. Thank You.
