Stanford University's World Scientist Rankings 2023 Feature 52 Kuwait University Professors

Kuwait University announced Friday that 52 researchers have been included in Stanford University's World Scientist and University Rankings 2023. Their selection amongst the most prominent in the world, was based on the citation of their research papers across various disciplines, the university said in a press release.

The classification grouped 200,000 educators, representing two per cent of the millions around the world involved in the field of academic citation. This number is an indication of the “success of Kuwait University’s endeavours towards leadership in research, education and the production of highly efficient and impactful research,” said the public academic establishment. According to Kuwait University, these ranked scientists will receive awards.
