An Expat 'doctor's' Attempting To Enter Women's Wards Foiled

The local media reported that an expat had posed as a doctor to enter an Obstetrics and Gynecology ward in a hospital in Taif, Saudi Arabia.

A person dressed as doctors tried to enter the obstetrics and gynecology department on Thursday evening at 8pm. When the command and control center suspected foul play, they informed Taif Health Department's media spokesman, Siraj Al Humaidan, to verify his identity.

Despite a tight security plan, the suspect attempted to escape from the compound after being discovered. The man was not a doctor and walked into the wards with the intent of violating the privacy of women, Al Humaidan said.

Legal action has been taken against the suspect by the competent authorities.
