Residence Process For Wife And New Born Outside Kuwait

My wife went to India for baby delivery on April 2. She is still in India, I would like to know exact last date of returning as per Kuwait exit law after 6 months. Moreover her visa is expiring on Nov 4, 2017 and I want to make residence process for my new-born baby after she arrived. Is it possible to make both together (wife renewal and baby residence). I have my residence until Jan 2019.

Answer: Your wife has to be in Kuwait on or before Oct 2. If your newborn baby is in Kuwait at the time that you start the process of renewing your wife’s residence permit, nothing prevents you from undertaking the two processes at the same time.

You must however note that your newborn baby has to enter Kuwait on a prior-obtained entry visa which you must apply for at the Immigration Department in your area of abode.
