The Ministry of Justice announced the launch of four innovative services for the General Department of Enforcement through Kuwait's unified government e-services platform, 'Sahel'. This step marks another milestone in the nation's ongoing journey toward digital transformation.
Enhanced Services for Property Owners and Tenants
The newly introduced services provide convenient access to essential certificates related to property rentals. These include:
- Rent Deposit Certificate: Confirms rent payment.
- Non-Deposit Rent Certificate: Verifies the absence of rent payment.
- Rent Key Deposit Certificate: Confirms key deposit payment.
- Non-Deposit Key Certificate: Verifies the absence of key deposit payment.
Both property owners and tenants can benefit from these services, obtaining certificates that serve as official documentation for rental transactions.
Instant Access Through 'Sahel'
After paying the necessary fees, users can instantly download their certificates through the 'Sahel' app. The integration of these services into the "Certificate Services" section ensures ease of access and time efficiency for users.
Commitment to Digital Transformation
The Ministry of Justice reaffirmed its dedication to modernizing public services by leveraging digital platforms like 'Sahel.' These enhancements are part of broader efforts to streamline processes and improve accessibility for citizens and residents.
By continually expanding the range of e-services, the Ministry aims to simplify daily transactions and strengthen its connection with the public through innovation and technology.
