Moci To Reduce Number Of Procedures To Establish Companies In Kuwait

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry is studying ways to shorten the period of establishing companies in Kuwait. 

According to AlShahed daily, the establishment period is expected to be as short as four days instead of 61 days while the average period will be about seven or eight days depending on the type of company.

Daily reported that the ministry wanted to reduce the number of procedures from 15 to four, indicating the new mechanism requires the company owner to visit the ministry twice only first to establish the company and second to get the license.
