Kuwait's First Ever Replacement Of An Entire Thigh Bone

Medical team led by Dr. Jaber Al-Ahmad Hospital's Chairman of the Board of Orthopedic Departments and Head of the Orthopedic Department achieved an unprecedented feat at the Kuwaiti level. A Kuwaiti medical team assisted Owaid Al-Mutairi in performing a successful thigh bone replacement for a patient with cancer in his left thigh.

The operation was carried out at Jaber Al-Ahmad Hospital with all health precautions taken, and the patient is in stable condition.
